a Jabber server is running now at sabily.org. Anybody can create an @sabily.org account.
The only thing you need is a Jabber client software, like: Gajim, Empathy (installed by default on Sabily), Pidgin, etc.
You can reach the Sabily Team in the sabily-team@conference.sabily.org chat room.
Several bots are also available:
